    Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) or 170(c) organizations serving the areas where Harley-Davidson corporate facilities are located: Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, Menomonee Falls, or Tomahawk, WI; York, PA; Chicago, IL; Valley View, OH; Plano, TX; Kansas City, MO; and Yucca or Mohave County, AZ.
