    Summary

    North Dakota's Consolidated Application for Federal Title Funds allows school districts to submit one comprehensive application for funding for the following federal programs:

    • Title I Part A
    • Title II Part A
    • Title III Part A
    • Title IV Part A

    Additional Information

    Each school board must appoint an authorized representative for each of the programs funded in the application and must approve the application prior to its submission to the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction (NDDPI).

    Eligible applicants are North Dakota school districts.

    Deadline Details

    Intent to apply is May 20, 2024. Application narratives are to be submitted by June 27, 2024. Application budgets are to be submitted by August 29, 2024. Applications are to be submitted through the WebGrants system. The due date is always the last Friday in August each year.

    Award Details

    Award amounts vary by district and funding program, allocations are visible at https://www.nd.gov/dpi/sites/www/files/documents/Division%20of%20SS%26I/Con%20App/FinalTitleAllocations23-24.pdf .  The grant period for allocating and spending federal Title funding for this consolidated application period is July 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025.
