    Summary

The Oregon Community Foundation hosts a broadly accessible, responsive statewide grants program. Its long-term goals are to strengthen the social fabric of Oregon communities and improve the lives of all Oregonians. This program responds to evolving, community-identified needs and builds civic leadership and engagement.

Each of the two grant cycles in 2024 offers distinct types of funding. This request for proposals is specific to the 2024 spring cycle; details for the fall cycle will be available later in 2024.

    • Spring 2024: General operating support. Funding for the spring cycle will prioritize small rural organizations, culturally specific organizations and culturally responsive organizations. (For definitions, please see 2024 spring cycle eligibility.)
    • Fall 2024: Organizational enhancement. These grants are available for capacity-building, programs/projects and capital funding requests.
