The Mott Foundation supports nonprofit organizations that are working to strengthen their hometown of Flint and communities around the world.
The Foundation hopes that its collective work in any program area will lead toward systemic change. The Foundation believes long-term funding offers grantees stability, which allows them to focus on important work and pursue innovation. They fund the core activities of their grantees, rather than requiring them to shape projects around shifting priorities. The Mott Foundation believes their grantees are experts in their fields, and well-equipped to make the critical decisions that guide their work.
The Mott Foundation maintains a grants database available to view here: https://www.mott.org/grants/#s=post_date|desc.
